How Sponsorship Works
It takes an average of £300 per month for one National Missionary to be fully supported. By giving £25 per month to GFA World’s National Missionary Programme, you are partnering with these missionaries and impacting Asia and Africa together with them.
For every £25 monthly commitment you make, you’ll get the photo and personal information of the missionary you’ll be praying for. Please pray regularly for your missionary as our prayers are vital for the success of their ministry on the field.
You will get ministry updates about the region your missionary is serving in. These regional updates will show you the ministries taking place and how lives are being touched and villages are being transformed.

Can I write to my National Missionary?
Personal correspondence with our National Missionaries would present significant logistical challenges and security difficulties. Many missionaries don’t know English and we don’t have the staff to translate that many letters into all their languages. Some missionaries serve where there is still no electricity or internet, and the post box is several days walk away. And for some missionaries it’s better for them not to give away where they are or what they are doing.
Will I get news from my missionary?
To keep you updated on what is happening on the field you will receive regional updates from the region that your missionary is serving in. Our hope is that these regional updates will help you lift your eyes, see the multitudes there, be moved with compassion, and impact it through your prayers alongside your missionary.
Can I send my missionary a special gift?
In the spirit of unity and equality, the National Missionary Programme does not facilitate special gifts direct to a missionary. The leaders where your National Missionary serves make sure they all have the resources they need to live and serve in their particular area of ministry. Your support of the National Missionary Programme can help provide for a National Missionary anywhere in the world.
What does my sponsorship provide?
Your monthly £25 is one part of the National Missionary Programme that helps provide for all our brothers’ and sisters’ ministry needs as well as living and family expenses across the world. Your prayers make a significant difference in your missionary’s life. It’s through your prayers that your missionary will see breakthroughs in ministry and be sustained when hardship arises.
